How will my order arrive?
We deliver by two methods: USPS or local delivery. We offer local delivery for a $2.00 charge to the following zip codes: 91730, 91701, 91739, 91737, 97786 and 91784.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are made fresh when you order them. Please allow us 48 hours to ship your order. At that point we will send you an e-mail to let you know your order is on its way.
We value your privacy. We will never share or sell your information for any reason. If you would like to receive e-mail updates from us please send an e-mail to email@example.com with the word subscribe in the subject line. If you change your mind, simply send an e-mail to the same address with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
On the website it says "human safety standards" what does that mean?
This simply means that when we prepare treats for your pup we follow the same standards we would if we were preparing food for you in a restaurant. We believe they deserve the same consideration and safety precautions that you do.
I have heard garlic is bad for my dog, but it's in some of your treats. is that safe?
We use just a touch of garlic in some of our treats. Garlic has been shown to have some healing properties in dogs as it does in people. However, garlic can be harmful to some dogs by causing an allergic reaction or toxic metabolites. This is usually due to long term exposure of high amounts. If you are concerned, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before feeding the treats.
Do you have a store-front location?
Not at this time. However, we do sell our treats at Ufuria in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us within 14 days of receipt. Depending on the circumstances we will be happy to replace your product, issue a store credit or refund your purchase price.
